Opsgenie is closing. Keep your alerts in Slack and Discord.
Opsgenie stops on 5 April 2027. Change one URL in Alertmanager or Grafana, and your alerts go to your Slack and Discord channels through Suitaar.

How it works
- Add a source in Suitaar and copy its API key.
- In Alertmanager or Grafana, change the Opsgenie URL to Suitaar and use the new key.
- Add a Slack or Discord webhook, and connect the source to it with a channel.
Change one URL
Alertmanager (opsgenie_configs):
api_key: <your Suitaar key> api_url: http://2.31.61.58/v1/og/
Grafana (Opsgenie contact point): set the API URL to http://2.31.61.58/v1/og/v2/alerts.
What works today
- The Opsgenie Alert API: create, close, acknowledge, notes, alert and request status.
- Repeated alerts with the same alias become one alert with a count.
- Heartbeats: an alert when a cron job stops pinging.
- Slack incoming webhooks and Discord webhooks, with retries and rate limits.
- A dashboard with your alerts, their timeline, and a test alert button.
Free in the beta
3 channels, 20 heartbeats for each source, and 180 days of alert history. No payment details.
What Suitaar does not do
Suitaar is not an on-call platform: no on-call schedules, no phone calls, no SMS. It sends your alerts to the chat where your team already works.
